The Savi Rosé Sparkling Wine is a refreshing youthful and vibrant sparkling wine. The fruit is sourced from growers in the Elgin and Philadelphia wine-growing regions that adhere to ethical standards for the workforce.
The climatic conditions of these regions are what we identified as important for the profile that our consumers adore and appreciate. The uniqueness of the climates is what brings the zesty flair and typical Sauvignon Blanc characteristics to the table.
These 2 regions are known for producing some of the best quality Sauvignon Blanc’s with award-winning status. The Rosé hue is a contribution from our classical wine style varietals in the Carmen Stevens range which brings the discrete feminine touch.
